Zero2Bundle released

Just a quick update to use the latest 0launch API (0.48). Things had changed a bit since the last Zero2Bundle release in 2006!

Zero2Bundle 0.2 (create self-contained bundles from a Zero Install feed)
has been released.

You can install it by entering this URL into AddApp:

  http://rox.sourceforge.net/2006/interfaces/Zero2Bundle.xml

To upgrade:

- Right click on the application and choose 'Versions...' from the menu.
- Click on 'Refresh all now'.
- Ensure 'Help test new versions' is selected.
